Background

Barbara has been at Cornell 32 years and has spent the majority of her career working with Graduate and Professional students. The two favorite things of her job is meeting the new students and seeing Cornell through their eyes for the first time. The second thing is then seeing these former new students fulfill their goal to complete their program and celebrate Graduation with their family and friends. Outside of Cornell Barbara loves to travel and have adventures with her husband, Chuck. Barbara is an animal lover and is fortunate to share her home with two very large cats, Manuel Gato and Marshal Mallow, and just recently a ragdoll kitten named Theodore Raggavelt.
