Tuan-he is a PhD student in Information Science advised by Susan Fussell focusing on computer-mediated communications. She is passionate about improving and designing technology as a way of empowering citizens, promoting public discussion and civic engagement. Tuan-he earned double master degrees in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science and Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. Prior to Cornell, she was a researcher at National Tsing Hua University focusing on Human-AI Interaction. She also worked for three years as a qualitative researcher at a research consultancy.
