Job Description
Olivia is the Student Services Assistant IV for the PhD and MPS Grad students for the Department of Information Science. Her areas of responsibilities include supporting the admission application process, managing students’ degree completion, processing GRA and TA appointments and organizing events for the graduate programs and the field.
Work Schedule Fall 2023 Semester
Monday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Remote
Tuesday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m 525 Rhodes Hall
Wednesday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m 525 Rhodes Hall
Thursday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m 525 Rhodes Hall
Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m Remote

Background
Prior to Cornell, Olivia gained her associates degree in business at TC3 and was the Deputy Treasurer for the Village of Groton Office. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being outside with her husband and chocolate lab. Most of her summers are spend with her family at their camp on Owasco Lake and in the winter her and her husband enjoy going to Florida to visit her parents.
