Axel Bax is a Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University advised by David Mimno and Matthew Wilkens in the Cultural Analytics Lab. He uses computational methods and geospatial analysis to study literature. Prior to Cornell, he received a B.A. in English and Psychology and an M.S. in Geographic Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
