Brennan is an assistant research professor with the Center for Data Science for Enterprise and Society, affiliated with the departments of Information Science and Communication. Brennan is passionate about studying teamwork and making collaborations more productive and enjoyable, especially in light of the changing nature of technology and work. His work applies social network theory and computational methods to study teamwork during space exploration, organizational communication technology, and how people manage their social networks. He graduated from Northwestern University with a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences.
