Jeff Rzeszotarski, assistant professor in information science, leads the virtual "Unmuted" advising session on the Interactive Technologies concentration at 5 p.m. (EST) Thursday, April 15, 2021. Rzeszotarski's research melds computer science, social psychology and cognitive science in order to improve the ways people understand complex data and collaborate online. Ask Jeff about founding a datavis startup and going right from undergrad into grad school.
"Unmuted" is a series of 15 open, forum-style advising sessions with Info Sci faculty, happening virtually this semester. These hybrid, drop-in office hours are designed to help undergraduate students navigate the major, understand its concentrations, career options, graduate school, research opportunities, and much more. Open to all Cornell undergraduates.
