Sharlane Cleare, a lecturer in information science, leads the virtual "Unmuted" advising session on the Behavioral Science concentration at 4 p.m. (EST) Thursday, April 8, 2021. Cleare's research focuses on broadening STEM participation for underrepresented people of color by understanding how various learning experiences influence their intent to persist in STEM.
Attend this session via Zoom // Passcode: 616360
"Unmuted" is a series of 15 open, forum-style advising sessions with Info Sci faculty, happening virtually this semester. These hybrid, drop-in office hours are designed to help undergraduate students navigate the major, understand its concentrations, career options, graduate school, research opportunities, and much more. Open to all Cornell undergraduates.
